Returns (Non-Warranty)

Due to the limited, individually-numbered nature of our products, we have a strict return policy.

  Eligible for Return (Non-Defect)

  • Must be unused
  • All original packaging included
  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Customer pays return shipping.
Store credit only. (No refunds unless we made a mistake.)


If We Made a Mistake

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect
  • With missing items

We will replace it free of charge, including return shipping if needed.


If the Issue Is Not Covered by Warranty

If the item is damaged by misuse or not eligible for warranty:

  • We offer a discounted replacement
  • Customer pays shipping
  • No free replacements for non-warranty damage

This maintains fairness while still supporting customers.
